Everything could change in the world of Cosplay as one designer chose to take a different route of hand crafting amazing costumes and 3D printed the parts he needed to craft a Batman suit from the game Arkham Origins.

According to 3D Print, the suit was 3D modeled before being printed. A mold was then created for casting of the armor (everything except the cape and undersuit shown in the photos was produced through 3D printing). “The suit is quite comfy to wear and movement is great,” Dee said. “I can’t bend at the stomach but I didn’t expect that.”
As amazing as this is, do you think this is just another medium to take advantage of, or does this take away from the hard work of hand making costume pieces?
